The C&C app was designed for the floral logistics industry to streamline the ordering process, allowing users to efficiently manage product selection, inventory, and final order placement. The app addresses the challenges faced by floriculture professionals in handling large inventories while ensuring smooth communication between drivers and administrative staff.

The project began by evaluating the previous version of the app to identify its strengths and weaknesses. Through discussions with stakeholders, we pinpointed the areas that needed improvement and determined new goals for the updated version. The insights gathered helped define the key features required to streamline the order flow and enhance the overall user experience, focusing on efficiency and accuracy.

Design & Prototyping

Using the feedback from the old version, I designed new wireframes and interactive prototypes that incorporated the improvements stakeholders wanted. The design aimed to provide a cleaner and more intuitive interface, enabling users to easily navigate through large product inventories, adjust orders, and finalize purchases. The prototypes were reviewed with stakeholders and users, with multiple iterations made to ensure the design addressed all pain points effectively.

Implementation

The development team used agile methodologies to implement the redesigned app, building upon the foundation of the previous version while integrating the new features and improvements. I collaborated closely with the team to ensure the designs were translated accurately into the app, focusing on the new functionalities such as real-time inventory updates, customizable orders, and seamless order finalization. Regular reviews were held to ensure that the implementation stayed aligned with the revised project goals.
